Traffic Offenses, Criminal Law, and Misdemeanors

"D.C. Traffic Act, 1925"

D.C. Code Ann. § 50-2201 et seq.

 

The Law:  This Act regulates traffic and includes provisions for speeding and reckless driving, negligent homicide, fleeing from the scene of an accident, driving under the influence, the use of intoxication evidence, prohibitions against the use of smoke screens and certain types of tinted windows, etc.
