The Walsh Healy Public Contracts Act

 

41 U.S.C. § 35

 

Imposition of fair social employment standards on government contractors.

Governs contracts for materials, supplies, articles and equipment, exceeding $10,000.  Note that a portion of the Walsh Healy Public Contracts Act was repealed by the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act of 1994 (FASA) (Pub. L. No. 103-355, 108 Stat. 3243).
