Whether a Student Poses a Direct Threat to Him/Herself and/or Others

 

“Direct threat” is a significant risk to health or safety that cannot be eliminated by modifying policies, practices, or procedures or by providing auxiliary aids or services and therefore the campus is made unsafe.
