This web page is designed to be of use to full time faculty and other instructional staff, including lecturers and adjuncts. There are many legal issues that intersect with the day to day activities of faculty members.  The Office of General Counsel practices a preventive law approach. We encourage faculty to read the university policies that will assist them in properly performing their work.  The policies in the box at right are just a few of the many policies that may impact your work.
