Charitable Gift Annuity Antitrust Relief Act of 1995

 

Pub. L. No. 104-63, 109 Stat. 687 (1995); 15 U.S.C. §§ 37, 37 note, and 37a

Exempts I.R.C. § 501(c)(3) organizations from liability under federal antitrust laws for using or agreeing to use uniform rates in issuing gift annuities.  Exemption also provided from state antitrust laws unless states enact new legislation by December 1998.
