Health Education Assistance Loan Program

 

42 U.S.C. § 294 et seq.; 42 C.F.R. § 60.1 et seq.

The Health Education Assistance Loan (HEAL) Program facilitates educational loans to graduate students in the health care field.  The Secretary of the Department of Education insures the lenders for loss.
